My name is Korbin Baldwin. I’m 19 years old, born and raised in Montana, and I’ve always been the kind of person who would rather build something of my own than wait around for somebody else to give me an opportunity.
A lot of my life has revolved around rodeo, livestock, working with my hands, traveling, and running my own projects. I’ve learned pretty young that if you say you’re going to do something, you need to show up and do it right. Your word and your reputation mean a lot, especially in Montana where people talk, neighbors know neighbors, and good work gets remembered.
I’m competitive by nature. Whether I’m riding bulls, producing an event, working on a business, or installing gutter guard on somebody’s home, I don’t like doing things halfway. I pay attention to the little things because I want to be proud of the finished product when I leave.
I’m also young, and I don’t try to hide that. I actually think it gives me something to prove. I’m building 406 Gutter Co. from the ground up, and I want it to become a company people around the Flathead Valley know they can trust for years to come.
That means every customer matters to me. Every review matters. Every referral matters. Every house I work on has my name and my reputation attached to it. A larger company might complete hundreds or thousands of jobs every year. To them, one job may not change much. For me, every single job helps determine what this company becomes.
My goal is simple: answer the phone, show up when I say I will, work hard, do quality work, treat people right, and leave you comfortable recommending me to somebody you know.
I’m not asking people to hire me just because I’m young. I want the opportunity to earn their business and prove why choosing the young local guy was the right decision.
